The reason we ask new members to participate regularly in the first 30 days, is that research tells us that it takes this time to make or break a habit. This also applies to health and fitness and by regularly participating in a programme for this duration you will very quickly adapt to the new environment and begin to get the results you want, ensuring your new programme becomes part of your regular routine and healthy lifestyle.
